User Management
Invite AYSO board members as evaluators. Evaluators can only access the Evaluations module — they cannot manage tryouts, players, check-in, or rosters.
Evaluator role
Read-only access to player rosters during evaluation sessions. Permission to score players on Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological criteria. No access to settings, registration data, or roster building.

Head Coach role
Access to the Roster Builder only. Coaches can drag players into teams, balance rosters, and email/export their squad. Player evaluation scores are read-only — coaches cannot change scoring, registrations, check-in, tryouts, or settings.
